Does LeadFlow read my messages?+
No. LeadFlow only reads notification content — the brief preview shown in your status bar. It does not access your full message history, media, or conversation data. All contact processing happens entirely on your device.
Which Android version is required?+
LeadFlow requires Android 8.0 (API 26) or higher to use the Notification Listener Service. Most modern Android phones are fully supported.
What happens with duplicate numbers?+
You choose: Skip (duplicate is ignored and counted in your dashboard) or Update (existing contact is refreshed with the latest name format). Switch between modes any time in Settings.
Can I export my contacts?+
Yes! Pro and Growth plan users can export contacts as a .vcf (vCard) file which can be imported into any CRM, Google Contacts, or another Android device.
Is my data stored in the cloud?+
Contact data stays only on your device. LeadFlow securely stores subscription plan and usage metadata on our servers for billing and limit enforcement. Firebase Analytics/Crashlytics collect anonymised app-quality events, and AdMob may process ad request metadata for ad delivery — contact data is never uploaded.
Why do I see ads in some screens?+
LeadFlow may show ads in free-tier and locked-feature views to support the service. Paid users see reduced or no ad surfaces depending on active plan and feature access state.
Can I use LeadFlow without a Google account?+
Yes. Google Sign-In is optional and unlocks cross-device sync of settings. The core auto-save functionality works entirely without signing in.
How do I cancel my subscription?+
Subscriptions are managed through Google Play. Open Google Play → Subscriptions → LeadFlow Auto Saver → Cancel. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
Will it drain my battery?+
LeadFlow's notification listener is event-driven — it only wakes when a notification arrives. Battery impact is negligible. You can also add LeadFlow to the battery optimisation whitelist from the onboarding wizard for the most reliable background operation.
